Dave is our Director with expertise in all things finance and capital raising. He works on complex deals for SME’s looking to grow through debt and equity as-well as turn-around projects and board appointments. Originally from Scotland, Dave chased his kiwi lass to New Zealand, and they now raise their family together in Canterbury.
Stephen is our Technical Analyst, ensuring projects are managed in a timely fashion to the highest standards. Stephen's career is founded in technology and engineering, initially working in heavy transport manufacturing production and design after qualifying from Massey University (B.Tech (Manf & Ind)).
Melissa is our specialist in all things Agri and sustainable technology. A Canadian farm girl, rugby player and lifelong learner and entrepreneur. Melissa’s passion for sustainability is in her DNA, having grown up on a certified organic farm. Melissa now runs a technology company that provides value chain technology to improve sustainability outcomes for consumers, growers/ producers, and other critical supply chain stakeholders.
Griff is our in-house business consultant with an international career in 20+ countries across four continents spanning both Executive and Operational Leadership within multi-national, multi-cultural organisations. Recently moved to New Zealand, Griff’s role is to work with Newbrook’s clients around problem solving, strategy and exit planning.
